The installer was super friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond the call of duty. I like that and I felt like he wasn’t talking down to me because I was a female. He explained things to me to make sure that I understood him. I just wish more places were like this company and had more employees like the installer. I don’t know why I didn’t just call Culligan for my water issues in the first place. I have always liked your water.

We have been using Culligan for over a year now. We use the water softener and water filter system. We can tell a difference in the water we drink and use for ice. Also use less detergent in our laundry. I have not had to replace a refrigerator water filter or a coffee water filter since installing the water filtration system.

I am writing to thank you for the wonderful service I received from your company. I called for service and when the service man arrived he couldn't find me or all of my water softener. I forgot to tell him the brine tank was in the garage. When he returned to fix the softener he was professional and a gentleman. I was only charged for the mileage on his first visit. I just wanted to let you know that it is employees like him that make me glad I chose your company to do business with. Thank you so much for your prompt and courteous service.
