The scheduled day of installation of our new Culligan water softener the Culligan Man showed up on time as promised, installed the Culligan unit, removed and hauled off the old Sears unit. The Culligan Man was very nice and professional. We have a light colored carpet and he wore boot covers and even put covers on the dolly wheels – I couldn’t he tell they had been in my house; there was nothing for me to clean up after he left. With Culligan delivery I just set empties outside my door and then when they deliver if I’m home they even set them inside for me. He then explained my current problem, and advised me that another part seemed to be making a noise, indicating that it would soon fail. I was given the option of replacing the additional part (which was about 14 years old) at once, or waiting until it failed totally. Since waiting would have resulted in a second service call within a fairly short time, I had all the work done that day.
Process for learning about products and services was knowledgeable and painless. We were very impressed with all encounters with the company. We are enjoying our softened water. We have noticed improvements on many aspects of our water usage.
