I also enjoy the convenience of delivery, I was getting so tired of carrying heavy cases of water every few days, driving to the store, lugging cases from the shelf to the buggy and buggy to check out and check out to buggy and buggy to car and car to house and house to fridge. With Culligan delivery I just set empties outside my door and then when they deliver if I’m home they even set them inside for me. So I have my husband set jug on cooler and I’m set - saves my back ….. and is even cheaper than buying at the store and my husband loves not having our recycle bin running over every week. Thanks so much Culligan.
We feel our water is much healthier to drink & cook with; especially after viewing the filters that were removed last month!! Appreciate the fact we no longer have to buy water bottles to get RO drinking water; we were distressed about the plastic that we were using, but did

Appreciate the fact we no longer have to buy water bottles to get RO drinking water; we were distressed about the plastic that we were using, but did not want to simply rely on sink water for hydration!

I had an appointment to have my water softener repaired. The technician arrived on time and checked my unit. He then explained my current problem, and advised me that another part seemed to be making a noise, indicating that it would soon fail. I was given the option of replacing

He then explained my current problem, and advised me that another part seemed to be making a noise, indicating that it would soon fail. I was given the option of replacing the additional part (which was about 14 years old) at once, or waiting until it failed totally. Since waiting would have resulted in a second service call within a fairly short time, I had all the work done that day.

We have had a Sears water softener for five years that needed service and it was going to cost us $95.00 for Sears to just come to our house to look at it. We decided to call Culligan instead. The Culligan representative came to our house the same day we
...moreWe have had a Sears water softener for five years that needed service and it was going to cost us $95.00 for Sears to just come to our house to look at it. We decided to call Culligan instead. The Culligan representative came to our house the same day we called, sold us a new unit and told us everything Culligan was going to do from the install date, time of arrival and the length of time it would take to install our new unit. The scheduled day of installation of our new Culligan water softener the Culligan Man showed up on time as promised, installed the Culligan unit, removed and hauled off the old Sears unit. The Culligan Man was very nice and professional. We have a light colored carpet and he wore boot covers and even put covers on the dolly wheels – I couldn’t he tell they had been in my house; there was nothing for me to clean up after he left. Culligan did a great job!
