I have gotten Culligan water at home and work for years. My place of employment closed recently and I wasn’t going to be able to get water delivered because they didn’t deliver to my house. I talked to customer service and they are now delivering to my home. That is amazing with wonderful customer service.

Reliable and dependable. I was a new customer and wasn't actually on the calendar as due for water yet, but got a phone call asking while he was in the area, could he help me in any way, and it worked out because I actually needed two bottles. Thank you so much. I also love up a very long steep drive way and he delivers them right to my door. Merry Christmas!

Their technicians and delivery people are very professional, courteous, and eager to answer any questions you may have in a manner that you will understand.

Fast and excellent personal.

The water we get from Shady Grove (Jefferson County) is so hard it is in an elevated level previously unknown to my family when it comes to "hard water." The water softener service we get from Culligan Water of the Tri-Cities makes this very hard water usable. Along with a 3M brand under-sink water filter, the water softener makes our water almost as good as bottled water.

I've had the Culligan system for years and highly recommend this company. There's never been a glitch in billing and they send people out once a year for maintenance. I highly recommend them.
