Platinum Care: Ongoing Protection for Your Culligan System

Platinum Care takes the uncertainty out of maintaining your new Culligan equipment. The program is included for the first year with qualifying newly installed, purchased Culligan equipment. After the first year, it is available for annual renewal.

Platinum Care includes:

Routine maintenance scheduled according to the needs of your equipment
Water testing and system performance checks
Preventive maintenance, cleaning, and adjustments
Covered service calls and repairs
Required replacement filters, media, and other system consumables
Replacement of qualifying equipment that cannot be repaired

With Platinum Care, our local Culligan team manages the ongoing maintenance of your system so you do not have to keep track of service intervals, filter changes, or other routine equipment needs.

Platinum Care Eligibility and Exclusions

Platinum Care is available only for qualifying purchased Culligan equipment and is not available for rental equipment. Coverage is included for the first year following installation and may be renewed annually thereafter. If Platinum Care is not renewed, it will not be offered again for that equipment.

Platinum Care does not cover loss, damage, repairs, or service needs resulting from customer misuse, neglect, freezing, fire, theft, natural disasters, unauthorized alterations, or other circumstances beyond Culligan’s reasonable control. Additional charges may apply for services or conditions outside the scope of the program.
