Culligan Water Pros offers Free home water testing. You’ll know what’s in your water so you can decide on your best water treatment options.
If you’re on city or well water in one of our local areas (I.e Johnson City TN, Marion VA, Asheville NC, Woodfin NC, Greer SC, Taylors SC and nearby areas) the in-home water analysis is FREE.
In today’s day and age it seems like nothing of value is free, right? Learning what’s in your water at no charge does sound too good to be true. However, here’s why we have a free water analysis.
Culligan has been around since 1936 and we’ve been in your area for 77 years. You cannot serve a community for that long unless you take care of your customers.
What’s that have to do with a free water test? Well, the reality of the situation is that it’s much cheaper for us to test your water and give you the proper equipment the first time compared to if we had to go back to correct it. The loss not only in our time and labor, but in goodwill, would far outweigh our costs involved with a water test in your home.
With the Do-It-Yourself mentality in most areas, if we started charging for a water test, we fear that too many people would get caught going with an ineffective solution that doesn’t fully take care of their needs. After all, what good is water treatment if it isn’t designed to handle YOUR water?
We offer a full laboratory water analysis if you’d like a detailed report of the makeup of your family’s water.
You can also bring a sample of your water right in to our office and we’ll test it for you!

He then explained my current problem, and advised me that another part seemed to be making a noise, indicating that it would soon fail. I was given the option of replacing the additional part (which was about 14 years old) at once, or waiting until it failed totally. Since waiting would have resulted in a second service call within a fairly short time, I had all the work done that day.
The worker was courteous, professional, and went out of the way to insure we were satisfied.

The Culligan representative came to our house the same day we called, sold us a new unit and told us everything Culligan was going to do from the install date, time of arrival and the length of time it would take to install our new unit. The scheduled day of installation of our new Culligan water softener the Culligan Man showed up on time as promised, installed the Culligan unit, removed and hauled off the old Sears unit. The Culligan Man was very nice and professional. We have a light colored carpet and he wore boot covers and even put covers on the dolly wheels – I couldn’t he tell they had been in my house; there was nothing for me to clean up after he left. Culligan did a great job!
